How do I pay for the care package?

Donate $40 to Names by the Sea HERE and email me at b g u d i n o @ g m a i l . c o m to request your care package. (Donations go through my 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Isaiah 61 International)

Who could benefit from the care package?

Anyone who is, or ever has been, brokenhearted, or who loves someone with a broken heart. The holidays can be hard, no matter how long it has been since the loss. Acknowledging and processing some of our feelings in advance, and having a plan can be helpful for navigating the complexity of grief during the holidays. 

Do I need art supplies?

You are welcome to use any of your favorite things, or you can just watch as well.

Why doodles?

Self-expression with doodles is a friendly, non-threatening way to approach strong emotional themes. Even simple doodles can give us new thoughts, a healthier perspective, and life-changing insights.

I'm curious about your background, and how you got the idea for this? 

I have a bachelor's degree in social work (2005).

I have worked with various outreach programs in the USA and internationally for 20+ years. 

I have been profoundly affected and challenged by my own and others' experiences with grief.

I am a certified heart doodle instructor with Heartwork Journaling University (2023).
